Return/Refund Policy

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 7 days from delivery. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. 

If you received a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@westnest.in - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product from your end.

RETURNS & REFUNDS Our replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

All cases which involve issuing a return or refund need to be notified to us within 48 hours of the delivery. If 48 hours have passed, we apologise but we cannot help you with return or refund.
